Open House
It was a cold afternoon on Friday, January 30th, but no one could tell once they stepped inside
Hargrove and Associates' new building on Royal Street. Nearly two hundred guests and teammates warmed up the atmosphere
in downtown Mobile as they gathered for Hargrove's Open House. Months of collaboration between engineers, architects,
builders and decorators paid off as Ralph Hargrove cut the green and blue ribbon outside the glass doors of the newly
renovated building.

Throughout the afternoon as clients and professionals from the Mobile region arrived, they were welcomed by Hargrove
teammates. They came inside to enjoy the fresh surroundings, excellent fellowship and a beautiful spread of seared
tuna, bread pudding, stuffed mushrooms and raspberry champagne on the Royal Conference Room's new 24 foot table.
Guests were also taken up to the roof to see the view and out to the balcony to listen to Mobile's own Excelsior Band filling
the air with the sounds of trumpets, trombones, and tubas.
"I think it was apparent that we impressed the community at large with what we are doing for downtown," Greg Magner remarked.
"I expected to see the support from our clients, but I was surprised by how much 'buzz' we got from people on the city council
and other downtown businesses."

Although the event was supposed to end at 6:00 pm, Hargrove teammates, clients, and other guests stayed socializing in the
Royal Room well into the night. Judging from people's reactions, Greg Magner comments that the Open House "had a huge turn-out
and was a great success."
